I decided to try my hand at product design and ran into a problem – illustrations. I want them to complement the interface, not overload it. What principles should be used when integrating illustrations? Maybe there are some good examples or services that help with this?

Illustrations can really change the perception of a product if used correctly. They should match the brand style, not distract the user from the functionality, and harmoniously combine with other elements of product design illustration. It is also important to consider the target audience: for example, minimalism is better suited for corporate solutions, and bright, detailed illustrations are better suited for entertainment applications. A good way to check how well illustrations fit into the interface is A/B testing.
